Our Philosophy

We Believe in You. We Protect You. We Fight For You

We believe our clients deserve the best ethical and legal skills, which only we can deliver. Our job is to represent you above all else.  We will be completely honest when we say we believe in you and in your case.

When someone has been harmed – physically, mentally, emotionally or economically, due to the negligence of another person or a professional, representation is essential.  We have spent 40 years representing those who could not find another lawyer to take their case.  Taking on high risks is what we do as long-time Board Certified specialists.

Our 40 years of success in high profile cases has an impact on the level of success we bring to your case.  The reason you do not pay any fees to us until we have won your case is because we are confident that we will be successful in fighting for you. We will settle your case outside of court only if you agree.  If you feel going to court is in your best interest, we will be there to fight for you.
