SCR 3.130(7.04) ADVERTISING OF FEES
An attorney who advertises a fee for routine services and accepts the employment must perform such services for the amount advertised. In addition, a detailed definition of what services are included in the "routine services" must be supplied to the Commission and to each prospective client for those services. The advertisement shall state "plus court costs" followed by the amount of the costs which are routinely incurred, if those costs are charged by the attorney to the client. In cases in which the fee to be charged is contingent, or based upon the amount of recovery, and a contingent fee is advertised, the advertisement shall include the language "COURT COSTS MAY BE REQUIRED."
